Fair ways

Here at Divot AI, our goal is to accelerate the transformation of golf diversity and inclusion in future generations. We aim to achieve this through accessible golf data, education, and course information that can help narrow the gap between competitive golfers. Of the nearly 29,000 PGA of America members, fewer than 1 percent are African Americans and under 10 percent are women. While women comprise 25% of golfers and people of color 21%, with both groups having increased meaningfully over the past five years, there is still a long road to expose the game and the opportunities it offers, specifically for the youth in underserved communities. 

Learning and being able to play the game of golf has benefits that surpass just on the course. Fair Ways aims to bring golf to new audiences and show them its benefits. One of our first initiatives is sponsoring Career Concepts For Youth's annual golf tournament on September 14th, 2023 at Camelback Golf Club in Phoenix, AZ. CCY is a children's non-profit which  emphasizes the importance of staying in school and helps teach elementary students the building blocks to how to live successful lives as adults.
