Our new course management feature uses generative AI analytics to guide you through every shot during your round. With this feature, you'll have access to real-time data and insights that will help you make better decisions about club selection, shot shape, and target selection all while calculating and using your nuanced golf data (GIR, FIR, putting average, etc.).

Here are some additional details about how our course management feature works:

• Pre-round planning: Before you tee off, plan your round by providing you with information about the course, such as the layout, yardages, and hazards. You can also use our feature to create a custom game plan for each hole.
• Advanced metrics: Understand your swing speeds, ball speeds, launch angles, and ball-flight curvature and compile it in a meaningful way to help determine the best equipment, and even better shot selection.
• Shot selection: During your round, select the right club for each shot. We will take into account factors such as the distance to the hole, the wind conditions, the elevation, the slope of the green, and your historical handicap.
• Shot shape: Control the shape of your shots. If you want to hit a draw, for example, our feature will recommend a club and a swing path that will help you achieve your desired result.
• Target selection: Our feature can also help you select the right target for each shot. Our feature will take into account factors such as the hazards, the pin location, and the wind conditions.

Let's consider an example. Imagine you have an early morning 8am tee time on a 68-degree day with the sun out. You just hit a fairway and now find yourself 164 yards from the pin, which is tucked on a high shelf that slopes away from the pin towards a green-side bunker.

A competitive golfer will do one of several things in this situation. They will check their lie to see if their ball is sitting with the grain or against the grain (this could make a difference of about 5 yards). They will then check for any slope that would affect their grip (this could mean the difference between two clubs and a 2-4 degree difference). Next, they will consider the risk of attacking the pin or playing more conservatively and aiming for the flat part of the green for a 2-putt par. Finally, they will factor in the wind, which is light in this scenario but will cause the ball to fly farther due to the brisk early morning air.
